You might not be able to.
But, try drinking 16 oz of water every hour today with 500 mg of vitamin C. Tomorrow – 8 oz every hour and at least 3-4 vitamin C during the day. The water will help flush the germs out of your sinuses. Good luck.

Avoid all dairy products until your sinuses are better. Take vitamin C and avoid outdoor activities on days with poor air quality.

unfortunately, once the infection has spread to a certain degree the only way to clear it us is to use antibiotics. I have very sensitive sinus issues, if I do not catch it quickly, I get the sinus infection and need tons of antibiotics. I suggest you see your doctor, you don’t want the infection to ge worse!

You can, but antibiotics really speed up the process (if a bacteria or a fungi is the cause of the infection) until your immune system can kick in and kill the few remaining microbes causing your infection.
If you could not get over a sinus infection without taking antibiotics, then everyone who ever has had a sinus infection would be dead. Fortunately for us, this is not the case.

Most any infection can be overcome without the use of antibiotics. Your body will do it naturally with some rest. Antibiotics just speed the process. In the meantime consume lots of fluids, vitamins, and maybe even some electrolytes.

If your infection is caused by bacteria, as many sinus infections are, you will need to take antibiotics to get rid of it. See a doctor.
