I expell it sometimes but it seems to constantly be there. I blow my nose alot and go through tons of tissues. Is it true that a nasal spray with steroids in it are helpful?

Go to any health food store that sells homeopathic remedies. You can read all the labels as to what your symptoms are and what you need. They are very easy to use and they are very direct as to what they are used for on the label.

You can try a neti pot. They’re available online or in health food stores. I do it every morning and don’t have as much sinus drainage as I used to have.

Gurgle (and spit) warm salt water when it gets bad. I would up your vitamin C and Zinc intake via vitamins. Also, a glass of hot water with lemon will help.

Vit C will probably help, but don’t take it in more than 500 mgs at a time, it is water soluble, so take several throughout the day. Also, def try the neti pot. I found mine at a reasonable price at Wal-Mart. It will help, but you have to be faithful with it.
