One Response to “What over the counter medication should I get for a sinus infection?”
  1. ExeneC says:

Mucinex to thin mucus, ibuprofen or naproxen to reduce inflammation and swelling. Steam treatments or hot showers will also open up airways. Drinking lots of fluids will also thin congestion.
