Can a sinus infection cause dizziness and fast heart rate?

I have been feeling bad for a few days now but its getting worse. Ive been drinking lots of water and resting. My heart is beating so fast its making it harder to breathe and Im getting really dizzy. My nose is stuffy but running and my head and face feel like a balloon. Can a sinus infection cause all this?

A sinus infection can definitely do that to you. It will throw you off balance.
You may need some antibiotics to help clear it up, and get you feeling better.
