Anybody know any quick sinus infection remedies? Easy 10 points fast!?

Get a teaspoon of sugar and put one drop of eucalyptus oil on it, and eat it .Go to the doctor soon !

warm salt water with pinch of baking soda, neilmed sinus rinse kit at walmart. motrin and Afrin spray and or genuine sudafed.

This is probably too late, but warm salt water, or a “sinus irrigation rinse” can be the best thing to clear you out. The salt reduces swelling too.
The problem is getting it to clear out your nose if you don’t have a neti pot or squeeze bottle at hand to help flush your sinuses. I’ve heard of people “snorting” the warm salt water, but it’s hard to do.
I have, when in a hurry, just used a saline spray bottle and sprayed a LOT of saline into my sinuses, and then blown my nose. Keep the saline bottle with you and you can use it off an on at the concert.
