im going in for sinus surgery due to an infection that is not responding to meds..i am looking for a mask to cover all my sinuses with warmth or cold whatever is best to relive pain and pressure..wash clothes doesnt stay warm long enough would prefer something that the eyes arent covered but if thats all there is then thats fine

    You can cut something into the shape you want that leaves your eyes uncovered.

    For example a potholder, or something else that would be thick enough to hold the heat longer.

    You could even crop 2 or 3 wash cloths and stitch them together to form one mask.

    That’s a lot cheaper than buying something that is going to look and act just like what you made.

    Not sure what they are called, but they are herbal packs that you heat in the microwave and lay across your face. I use the to get rid of sinus headaches. I ordered mine through LTD Commodities (.com) a couple of years ago but I’m sure you could get them elsewhere…like a drug store or something. You can freeze them, also!

    I sometimes take a dish towel and wet it,wring it but not real dry. I put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds or more depending on how thick it is. I put it in plastic
    or freezer bags and then wrap a thin dishtowel around it and lay it over my nose and cheek area.
    Or if you have one of those gel things they make for that specific reason.
    Standing in the shower and letting the shower pound on your sinuses does wonders.
