Nsaids With Sinus Problems?

Hello, I currently have a sinus problem, which affects my ears and throat, and I was wondering if it’s bad to take NSAIDS while sick? I’ve heard they are toxic to the ears, and not to take them when you have ear troubles, but I had a pretty bad headache and needed relief.

I have taken them while suffering from allergy and sinus problems. I never had anything bad happen. I would say yes take a over the counter sinus med like Tylenol sinus or sever allergy med to ease pain.
