everytime i do it i feel sense of relief in breathing and if i dnt i feel that i stop breathing.

You have congestion. Try a shot of apple juice with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a dash of cinnamon and cayenne.
Also drink several glasses of clean water.
Avoid dairy(that means pizza too)
Switch to sea slat from table salt for remineralization.
Live long
