Neilmed Sinus Irrigation?
Posted by: Alan in Sinus Relief, tags: Irrigation, Neilmed, SinusI have been using the nedilmed irrigation “complete-emtpy” bottle that comes with 50 packets. Recently while using the bottle to irrigate it feels like it’s pushing air into my sinuses and I end up with lots of pressure in my sinuses after I rinse.
I havne’t had this problem for quite awhile until recently. I have chronic sinusitis in the frontal sinuses, and this used to bring alot of relief.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
Any suggestions on how to irrigate with a lesser chance of pushing air and pressure into my sinuses?? Anything would be great. Also curious if anyone else has had this experience.
Thanks in advance.

I use sinu-cleanse. Its just a little pot that is filled with warm water and one packet. Inserted into one nostril, tip the head to the opposite side and let gravity do its job. I’m assuming the one you are using is the one that you fill than squeeze up into a nostril? Try this one no squeezing needed. You can get them at any drug store, I got mine at Walgreen’s. It works great.
