I’ve had a sinus infection for a couple months now and have been on two antibiotics now, and still have it! I’m wanting to try the natural ways now. Does honey help? Or anything else help out there?

I don’t know about what kind of a sinus infection you have, but it’s great on the throat. It soothes the itching and the pain. You should drink it with some hot tea.

Try a rice pack to reduce pain and inflammation, Just fill an old sock about half way with rice. Tie off the end and warm in the microwave to a comfortable temp. I usually heat mine about 75 seconds on high, (be very careful to not get it to hot) Then place it over the area where you are experiencing the sinus pain and relax.
