When Do Sinus Infections Abate?

I am currently taking 875 mg of amoxicillin 2 x a day. I’m now on day 10 of a 20 day antibiotic course. When should I expect relief from my sinusitis symptoms?

Well, pressure and headaches should decrease completely around the fourth day. However, my congestive, harsh cough lasted about six weeks. Congestion is the most difficult to get rid of. I also had to take antiobiotics for a month straight.
