I used my nasonex about a half hour ago. My sinuses are still clogged so can I use saline spray to try and unclog them, or will that wash the nasonex out?
also, only answer this if you want to/know: what can I do for sinus relief? my sinuses are jam packed.

ideally, you use saline first to clear, so the meds have a better surface area. you can use the saline, try afrin instead or vicks vapo inhaler or vicks under nose, or sudafed original or mucinex for long term relief, Afrin is the quickest relief for now. if you want to use another dose of nasonex after you spray saline, go ahead. it won’t hurt you.. try eating something spicy, or sip hot/steamy soup, that helps too..

Guaifenesin is a great medication for relieving congestion in your sinuses and chest and it is pretty cheap. There are many brands that combine a few additional ingredients for specific purposes, like a cold.
The medicine above, plenty of water, nasal saline, a hot drink like herbal tea that you hold in your mouth and let the steam go up into your sinuses all help. You might try a nice hot shower too.
Be careful with the Nasonex. Read the box or paperwork that came with it. I got nose bleeds.
    Feel better quick.

The saline spray will rinse the Nasonex out. Get yourself a Vicks Vapo Steam Inhaler, it’s the best thing in the world for clearing sinuses out. Be really careful with nasal sprays, they have all sorts of side effects including loss of smell.
