Does anyone here have any suggestions for relieving chronic dry sinuses? The air where I work is so dry my nasal passages routinely crack and bleed from it. This is painful. My nose doesn’t seem to make enough mucus to protect my sinus linings. I am not allowed to have a humidifier at work, BTW.

There are nasal moisterizers now that you can get from medical supply stores. It’s a small tube of cream that won’t block the nasal passages. It’s usually given to patients on bi-pap breathing machines. Works great!

you can use salina which is made from sea water.squirt it up each nostril several times a day as needed.you can also put Vaseline on a Q-tip and put a little of that up each nostril to keep it moist.all of this has worked for me.

get a small cold air mist humidifier for you desk and you bed room.
cold air does not harbor bacteria and is very soothing for the sinus.
