try increasing the vitamin C. which is helpful in infection fight. but up your dosage by drinking it natural and taking suppliments. try 1000 mg per day and if you are really blocked try 1500mg per day but don’t go long as vitamin don’t stay in the body and some people can be allergic. if you are try a C vitamin suppliment replacing it for allergy suffers. taking sincus congestion pills only do so much. try heat with vicks. turn up the heat where you sleep. also check out a ENT doctor ( ears, nose and throat).

Grapefruit Seed Extract is a natural antibiotic and works very quickly on respiratory infections. You can find it at health food stores.
For sinus infection, get the liquid version and mix several drops GSE in just a couple ounces of water, add a pinch of baking soda. Inhale this (if you have a neti pot, this is a good time to use it).
You can also get GSE in pill form, and take one every couple hours for a day in addition to the liquid mixture.

Make some ginger tea and drink lots of it throughout the day. The taste might be gross but it works.
