I have been dealing with a sinus infection for a year now (non-bacterial). I am finished with medications but would still like to find relief. Any suggestions?

I recommend the following all natural supplements:
Alfalfa Complex: reduces the effect of inflammatory endorphins; natural antihistamine
Garlic Complex: reduces inflammation; natural sinus and nasal decongestant
Vita-C: anti-inflammatory; thins mucous; decongestant; reduces histamine release
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

My ex-girlfriend said that sniffing, or even running, salt water through your nasal passage. Her family is full of doctors and nurses so I think it’s a pretty trustworthy answer, even for the cost of it also.

HI, Try a Netty Pot. You can get one at a drug store like Walgreens. It looks like a small genie pot. Your pour water in one nostril and it drains out the other side taking impurities with it. It sounds gross and uncomfortible but it isn’t. This was recommended to me by an allergy specialist and it really works in decreasing the number of sinus infections I was getting. It is a lot better for you than antibiotics or allergy meds, steriods and inhalers. Not to say they don’t have their place for some put this is a natural remedy that really works, is inexpensive and recommended by doctors. Do it on a regular basis and you will see a decrease in sinus problems. Good luck.
