I was having allergy problems for about two weeks but then my symptoms got worse and so I decided to see the doctor on Monday. He prescribed me antibiotics for a Sinus Infection and I’ve been taking them for 3 days so far. I no longer have a fever, but I’m still a little congested and feel sick. Is it okay to exercise, will it help or just make it worse?

If you feel good enough to exercise, it will be good for you. Keep it light, you don’t want to get dizzy and fall, or make yourself throw up. Just do what is within your limits.
