Eat spicy food if you can tolerate it. Chinese food and really spicy hot sauces trigger nasal drainage for me and I get relief. Also, tilt your head over a sink with hot steamy water and inhale steam. Directional head tilt helps to relieve pressure on the sinuses and promote drainage. I leaned this from a doctor.

Also, get yourself a sinus rinse system at the store and follow the directions. Worked for me.

Good luck.

Get a good sinus rinse system. Also I suggest trying a product called sinus genie. When you put you salt into your bottle for a rinse make sure to use sea salt as they have important minerals from the sea to nurish ytour sinuses. Also the sinus buster sprays work well too. Sinus genie has sea salts and essential oils that help with congestion as well as Capscation from hot peppers which reduces inflamation. I have dealt with sinus problems for years and have to go for my second sinus surgery in a year as I have advanced sinus disaese(Chornic rhino sinusitis). Also check with your doctor to see what could be causing your sinus problems.

1/2 teaspoon salt to a cup of warm water. Snort it two to three times a day. It will clear up any sinus problem. If you sinuses or infected it will hurt like hell the first few times.

Table spoon of Honey by mouth three times a day. The Salt and warm water squirted up each nostril works good. Be sure to only use iodized salt.
