My friend uses a sinus irrigation product. It shoots saline solution up your nose and comes out the other nostril. She said it helps to unclog them and release pressure. She does it almost everyday. I have heard relly good things about it. I tried it once but could not do it right. It might work for you. I too have the same problem as you. It sounds to me like you have sinus and allergies. Make sure to vacuum and dust a lot and you should be able to breath a little better. Also make sure you change your air filter on a regular basis. Good Luck!

Try any one of these, they work really well.
My co-worker said that her doctor irrigated her sinuses with saline solution (salt water). She only got one side done, but she said that if worked great. You can do this at home.
Try peppermint steam inhalation provides quick relief for sinus headaches. Peppermint acts as a decongestant, and the combination of warm steam and the essential oil is doubly effective for opening up the sinuses.
Mix 1 teaspoon finely ground cinnamon (called dalchini in India) in 1 teaspoon water and apply on the forehead. It is very effective in headache due to exposure to cold air.
Also, you may want to invest in a gel eye mask that you can freeze and apply to face when sleeping. And get a alergine filter too. This too will help with sinus pressure/headaches.

For the sinus headaches I would suggest taking a couple of vitamins daily. Vit C is great… you really can’t take too much and it will boost your immune system. Garlic is a natural antibiotic, don’t worry you won’t smell like garlic, they come in oderless caps. I know this sounds crazy but, long story short, I was really sick, no insurance, can’t take off work, can’t afford Dr’s visit and a really smart, wonderful friend had me take these vitamins (vit c-twice a day and garlic three times a day) and I was better in a few days! I would suggest one dose of the vitamins a day.
Also, I hate to say it, but you may need to either get rid of your cats or put them in another room. Try dusting with a Swiffer. They lock in the dust without using cleaning products! I have sever asthma and can’t be around most cleaning products so I use those.
If there is a way, I would try to close off the attic space to keep it seperate from your room, that will help cut down on dust. I don’t know what to tell you for the humidity…. good luck!

Taking 3 to 6 high strength odourless 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules every day should help.
Also switching from mucus generating dairy products and red meat to soy milk and white meat should also help.
