I have tried zirtec and flurinol. They are really good and they helped me with the runny nose and an ears and throat allergy. I hope you get better! and this pills really work!, you have to try!

Take a good high potency multiple vitamin with minerals.
Also take 1 gram of vitamin C with bioflavinoids 3-4 times daily. Echinacea with Golden seal is good for Upper Respiratory infections. Drink plenty of water.
