no it doesn’t but benylin 4 flu works really well it cleared mine with about 2 doses

Try cutting out dairy-this causes a lot of congestion-worked for me
Piriton will only work if you are allergic to something

no as it is obnly an anti histamine which reduces swelling from histamine being released. To get rid of pain you need a pain killer eg. paracetamol:)

No. Go to the pharmacy and ask for some phenylephrine (12mg max 4 times daily) – it’s a decongestant and is really good for sinus pain.
