I can't believe that no one sells nettie pots around you. Every drug store here in Phx. has them. Anyway, get one. It's a bit uncomfortable at first but they work. Netti pot is the way to go. I've been using them for years. SAltaire only dries out the nostrils and they swell up again because they're trying to moisturie again.
