		<description>Yes, see another specialist.  It&#039;s important to be able to breathe.  I also have a slightly deviated septum and the specialist tried cryotherapy where they use cold nitrogen to burn the inside of your nose.  This reduces inflamation for many people for years.  In my case it didn&#039;t work because my septum is kind of twisted and I&#039;m going back next week to discuss options such as surgery.   Before you see another specialist, use the steroid nasal sprays every day for at least a month.  That is what my specialist required before he would discuss other options.</description>
