The doctors only bombard me with antibiotics, which brings temporary relief, and are probably poison for me in the long run !

after sinus surgery, my doctor told me to get what is called a “water pick”. it’s mainly used to brush teeth, and it’s a machine that shoots warm water out of different attachments. they gave me a specific attachment that you put in your nostril, and it shoots water, with salt mixed in, into your sinuses and out the other nostril. it’s not painful on anything but the wallet, we paid about $60 on the machine and another $15 for the nasal attachment. fortunately, there are other ways to “irrigate” the sinuses. i suggest going to the nearest walgreens or some other pharmacy and asking about a “Netty pot” it does the same thing as the water pic, but it looks kind of like a tea pot and you fill it with water and a touch of salt, and tilt your head and let gravity pour the water up your nose. i know it sounds painful, and believe me, i didn’t want to do it at first, but the salt in the water makes it into a saline solution, so i promise it doesn’t hurt. my mother has been prone to sinus infections her entire life, and now that she uses one (since she heard me rave about it) she hasn’t had one since…hope this helped:)

yes i agree on the anti biotic front, please take a course of pro biotics if you have not already done so the next step is to consider if your problems are allergy based, go see a nautropath or similar who can test you for food and pollen allergies etc. good luck

Just wondering if you smoke. Until I stopped smoking, nothing stopped my sinus problems long-term. After I quit smoking, my sinus problems ceased.

you could try Apple Cider Vinegar. Drink a tablespoon in the morning and at night. I suffer from sinutitus myself and this kinda helps
