I also have sinus problem for a long time.Then i came to know that best way to fight this is to increase body immune system.For this i took Nutrilite Echinacea.It did a wonderful work.Now i have no sinus problem.Also it is a chemical free and made up of Echnichea plant concentrate.So,there is no side effect.Hope you also use it and you get rid of this problem.Best of Luck.

My doctor gave me a saline nasal spray and some Clarinase tablets.
But that did not really help. Had it for about 6 months.
Then he gave me antibiotics for the chest pain, no fever I had (put up a question about it and it turned out to be pleurodenia with an underlying bacterial infection) and these antibiotics (doxycycline) really seemed to have helped my sinus problem. and I still have not finished the course yet.

Steer clear of alcohol, take Skullcap tea, Clover tea, Dandelion tea, or Pau’ Darco tea if the tea form doesn’t work fast enough use tablets of Pau Darco. Also raw onion and raw garlic will help. Irrigate sinuses several times a day with saline wash or Neti Pot. If these are not helping you probably need an antibiotic course of treatment.
