Nasal sprays can actually damage your sinuses and antibiotics are no good either. What you need to do is to switch from mucus generating dairy products and red meat to soy milk and white meat. Fish is better than chicken. Also, taking 4 high strength 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules every day will also help. What you are taking only gives you a bit of temporary relief and that is all.
