I Need Cold Medicine Or Cold Relief, Any Suggestions?
Posted by: Alan in Sinus Relief, tags: Cold, Medicine, Need, Relief, SuggestionsI have a terrible sinus cold. I am allergic to acetaminophen and most cold medicine has acetaminophen in it and I was wondering if anyone knew of a cold medicine that does not have that ingredient in it? I have to get some relief from these cold syptoms, if anyone knows any home remedies to help my cold I’d like to know those too.

Golden seal
echanecia
Honey
Lemon
colloidal silver
cayenne pepper
are all good
I usually like to make a hot tea with 1 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh if possible, 1/4 tsp cayenne if you can’t take it that hot use less but if possible you need at least that much if you can take more than do so. also two table spoons of Honey this works great for my family

look for a cold medicine that does not address, fever, headaches and body pain- benadryl or claritin might help. you could try goldenseal- it’s a natural antibiotic and it’s great for sinus infections (it’s an herb that most healthfood stores carry)
