I don’t have pain on my face (cheeks), but I do above my eyes and between my eyes. My ears hurt a bit and I lost the sense of smell and taste. Is this a sign of a sinus infection?

Blow your nose, and look at the mucus, is it clear? Then you probably don’t have a sinus infection. Greenish or brownish, you do. Honest! Sounds gross but it’s pretty accurate.

Sounds like sinus congestion. When you bend over, do you feel pressure and does it hurt? The best thing I’ve found for sinus infections is saline irrigation. You can buy the little pots for irrigating or just warm some water, add salt, and squirt it up your nostrils, inhaling into the nasal cavities. Mine usually clear up after a few days; if this doesn’t help, you may need to see a doctor.

If your symptoms get worse when you bend over, yes.

Yes or it could be adnoids. If it is an infection i would drink hot Zinc tea. The zinc will help to clear your sinuses.
