My sinus’ are terrible, I am congested, I have this stuffy, sticky heavy feeling in my nose all of the time, when I mash on each side of my nose, I can actually feel the stuff moving around there. I constantly snort and feel like I am choking on thick mucus, when I blow, nothing comes out..I thought that smoking may have been the problem but, I have quit 4 weeks ago and still had no relief. I have constantly went to the doctor, been on many antibiotics and even had sinus surgery last year and still no relief. I have had a complete blood work up testing for Mold and things, the only thing I am allergic to is dogs. I have not had the skin test yet. I am miserable! Please help!!!!!

Try nasal irrigation using a Neti pot( or bulb syringe). They are usually available through health food stores , or buy one on line. This treatment is recommended by the Mayo clinic. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nasal_irrig…

You can take a combination product like Tylenol/sinus. Also, even though you may not think you are allergic to anything but dogs, it wouldn’t help to take an allergy medication along with the sinus medication. A good one is Benadryl. Some people are just chronic sinus sufferers. I know because I’m one!

I’m so sorry you’re so uncomfortable. Sudafed is the best otc if you ask me, but i also like the nasal bidet… you pour it in one nostril and it clears through your sinuses and out the other nostril. you can get it at most drugv stores….google it if you want more info!

I use something called Bee Tabs. It is an al natural raw honey, royal jelly and other things. It dissolves under your tounge. I have been suing them for a month now and do not have any allergy symptoms. It is crazy! I have had problems for years and have even had numerous allergy shots. My sister turned me onto these when she discovered they worked for her little girl who is allergic to everything. I get them on http://www.candy4diet.com click on the our products tab and you will find them there. Good luck!

I would suggest Claritin D but ask the pharmacist. Honestly it sounds like you need a prescription nasal spray. Go to the doctor!
