Sinus Tachycardia 100-150 bpm (AHA Guidelines 2005). Impulses originated from the SA node with a notched R wave (making it look wider). There is a block in either the Left or Right bundle branches. 12-Lead ECG is needed to identify the delay of conduction. Modified Chest Leads (MCL) 1 or 6 are used for continuous monitoring.

    The BBB is likely RBBB because the terminal portion (last 0.04 sec) of the QRS immediately before the J point is positive (upright). LBBB would produce a negative (downward) deflection in front of the J point. Excellent videos!!

    Mine was like 186 to 200. It was a shot of adrenaline and cortisol from a lousy PANIC ATTACK. Can you believe that adrenaline can do such a thing?? You don’t see people jumping off of airplanes from 10,000 feet and their hearts going 180 or 200…..WTF???
