yes, only breathing out and inhalation will become involuntary. I think the key is to maintain a rhythm and never to excerpt any pressure. 30 – 40 pumps (i call it) will be good and do it three times. At the end of each cycyle, I usually feel a sense of calm and serene and I found that time to meditate on the breath as well as the chakra centers. Hope this helps

When you’re breathing out are you only exhaling and not inhaling when your stomach relaxes?
