I bought a Neti Pot at GNC today because I was sick and tired of my sinus infection. My roommate filmed me popping my neti pot cherry. Enjoy!

dont use proactive. use Cetaphil. much gentler and cheaper. I get lots of compliments on my clear, pimple free skin

It came with packets of saline solution which are mixed with lukewarm water inside the pot.
