    I enjoyed this video thank you. I’m going to tell my brother about this because he gets bad hey fever and his nose is just yuck lol :o ) Plus it’s winter here in New Zealand and so this will come in handy. I don’t know if we have a sinus rinse product here though.

    Great video. I never would have known to do this. In fact, initially, I thought I could never try it, I’ll feel like I’m drowning or something. You make it look so easy. After seeing you, I may just consider it. Love all your videos. You seem so knowledgeable in your line of work. Thanks for sharing.

    @Baroqlvr ….yes….when I’m sick I do….2-3 times a day….depending on how much gunk I have rolling out my nose :0”’ )

    Great vid :) I have been miserable this past week with allergies!! Horrible! Constant thick drainage. Infact, now , after blowing my nose constantly for the past week, I tihnk I am getting a small blister just inside both my nostrils on the middle part. :( I know it’s not an infection-it’s the right color. Just did my neti-pot as I started to watch this video. You do it 3 times a day. Do you use salt each time?

  16. MichyGW says:

    COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! I need to try this lol. Seriously though thank you for this. I’m really congested. However, I ‘m going to the doctor tomorrow for antibotics. Thanks for this.

  17. TheMasteresthetician says:

    @calberkeley01 oh yes….try it an see if it gives you some relief….Maybe just use water instead of using salt every day….Over use of the Salt could dehydrate you nasal membranes….Let me know how it goes!

  18. TheMasteresthetician says:

    @leoisillon06 ….I love mine too!! …I look crazy doing this…hahahha…oh well!

  19. calberkeley01 says:

    thank you for this! i have allergies year round and can no longer use my nasal spray because it’s starting to supress my immune system, so this should be a natural and easier alternative. =)

  20. leoisillon06 says:

    you’re so funny. I love using my netti pot! I would die with out it!
