Well, sorry to hear that! Sinus infection can have a number of microbial causes, and OLE seems to take care of a fair number of them if you take enough of it to start with.

@AerialSlivers Well I’ve tried but it didn’t for for me. But was worth a try anyway so thanks.

It ends the source of infection for me – but an antihistamine would help clear out the mucus and pressure the infection has left behind. I’d try both together.

@AerialSlivers Can this clear sinus problems even high i the forehead etc? The only thing that slightly works for me these days is sinutab, nothing else.

  5. AerialSlivers says:

Olive Leaf Extract: get it at the W*lmart vitamin section.
Take 3-6 capsules at a time and it will kill off the sinus infection in a day, if not in hours. Use all the other listed remedies to clear mucus out and prevent future infections – but Olive Leaf will do the heavy lifting. Believe me, I tried everything else, including plenty of prescriptions.

    1. Take 100 ml of cucumber and beetroot juices each or 200 ml of spinach juice and mix it with 300 ml of carrot juice.

    2. Mix a few drops of peppermint oil and olive oil and apply it around the sinus areas, such as eyes and nose.

    3. Apple cider vinegar

    4. Expectorants. These are drugs that push out the mucus from the lungs and respiratory passages. Expectorants thin the mucus.
