@tiffcady Hubby removed all the wall paper in the bathrooms and kitchen.Soon a friend will paint those rooms.

I just did this four times consecutively using 4-way, neti pot, and saline. No results at all. Waste of time. My left ear is still plugged and my right (which was fine) is now crackling. Maybe it will work for you, but I don’t recommend it.

Hi.
Thank you for this, it’s help me understand what I need to do.
My problem is finding the 4 way solution. I live in the UK and I cannot find it anywhere. I can’t even find any product made with the same ingredients.
If you know Of anyone from here that has found a source for the correct product I’d be very grateful.

I tried it and could not stop gagging from water trickling down my throght. My ear does seem slightly unclogged though. Thanks

My doctor told me to use the NeilMed Sinus rinse solution. This includes a bottle for water and a solution for the water. I am supposed to squeeze the bottle in one nostril while blowing out thru the other. Then repeat on the other nostril. Will these exercises work with this method?

How many times should I try it? Just did it now and it feels slightly less clogged, but I can still hear the ‘crunching” in my left ear, which I’ve had for over 9 years.

I tried it today a few times but still nothing. I actually sneezed while I was bending down. I hope that won’t cause any problems. I felt so much pressure go into my ear since I had my nose plugged.

Ive been trying this for two days to no avail
I admitt ive enjoyed the clear breathing! But all attempts have failed. i have yet to “feel” anything enter my “Etubes” and im beginning to wonder if im just foolish for trying please help me im in hades being def. music is my life and i cannot enjoy it

i’ll tell you what. I had a sinus infeciton in 2002 which caused my left, then later, my right ear to clog. I’ve been doing this technique for 2 days, and this is the clearest I’ve felt my ears in 8 years. My left feels about 90% clear and the right maybe about 70%. Thanks for sharing your discovery!

I keep trying this with 4 way and it isnt working. Ive had tubes, Doctors say its Eustachian dysfunction. Had it all my life. Any other options to try??

i always feel dizzy like im drunk and if i holler or talk loud my right ear makes a trembing noise its really irritating

This works. I did it with the 4way solution and it worked. It was pretty cool to sense my Etubes right away.

Finally went to ENT…LOL He found white crap STUCK to my ear drum and sucked it off. I explained to him that I had had steroid injections in other parts of my body never with adverse reactions and the drops I had uses were steroid based. I asked him if it’s possible that a certain part of the body, like the ear, can have a reaction and he said “definitely” Later on it dawned on me. The drops were a “suspension”steroid drop, and stuck to it and made it way worse. Both external and mid infection

I must have something else going on. I did it 4 times and it didn’t work. Dr’s are convinced it’s an “external” infection but the loss of hearing, ringing, pressure, and sporadic, severe pain makes me think otherwise. Especially since the Dr DID at one point see my ear drum.
