I have bad sinuses and terrible airborne + food allergies. Lately I have been feeling miserable more often than not. My head feels mildly achy and I feel a lot of pressure, particularly in my ears. I experience acute bouts of dizziness and tend to feel off-balance and weak. I feel somewhat disconnected from everything around me and my eyes have a hard time focusing.
I have a prescription for Xanax that I take as needed for panic episodes. I’ve discovered that taking a small amount of Xanax (1 mg) will subdue the dizziness and “off-balance” feelings that I experience. Although I’ll still feel the pressure in my head, I’m not quite as affected by it.
This correlation has made me concerned that I’m becoming a hypochondriac, or perhaps just hypervigilant. I’m confused. Why is it that Xanax provides relief for some of the symptoms that arise from my sinus issues?

STOP all these over the counter meds-they are damaging your body by dehydration. You will experience sinus infections, dryness, etc. as well as, over time, possible kidney complications due to the dehydration issue. You won’t notice this until it is beyond repair. Trust me-I have seen it many times. LOCAL honey will cure your air born allergies by helping the body develop immunities to these things over a couple of months. This really works and you will also notice that you get fewer cold and flu symptoms as the local honey takes effect.

you don’t need to take xanax for anything other than
    panic attacks.
xanax is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY addictive.
go get some sinus medication. not xanax.

The only things that really helped me was when my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria.
    you need
    distilled water
    sea salt
liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.
in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature.
add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.
using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.
Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.
The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don’t get rid of them all.
Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.
Then do it once a week for maintenance.
There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me.
I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.
    best wishes
