    it usually shifts from side to side throughout the day. when i do neti pot, and still have one side congested, it usually clears up after i move my bowels. sometimes it helps to do the acupressure, or use some oil like peppermint or tea tree oil :)

    Good information! I didn’t have the neti pot so I used a small tea kettle and it worked just fine.
