I am trying to conceive and this past week I have came down with a cold any suggestions on cold remedies?

I have a runny nose and severe sinus pressure right behind my eyes and i am afraid to take medicine as we are trying to conceive. I ovulated on the 12th/13th and i am due for my period on the 29th, but i’m hoping it doesn’t come. Anyone able help me out with some ideas to relieve my cold symptoms….at least until i see if aunt flow shows her ugly face this month. ha ha
