Most of the time there is nothing you really can do but lay down. I get vertigo (some symptoms are what you describe) and docs can prescribe stuff to take “as needed”. Also sometimes a good massage helps relieve some of the feeling in the head/neck. Good luck

Think positive and get good friend to be with you.
You need to be happy and to get to do nice things for not to feel bad.
    All the best.

Can you take something like Tylenol sinus? That will help but I have found this works great for stuffiness:
take 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup of water bring to just a boil in a small sauce pan. Turn off the heat and close your eyes and snuff the vapors up your nose. You will feel a tingling sensation do this repeatedly until you can breathe easier. This works very well and was recommended to me from a lady who works at a pharmacutical company. The best part is you can do this as many times in the run of a day that you need with no side affects. It usually only takes 3 or 4 times and it works like a charm!!!!
