Clogged Ears After Sinus Infection?

My boyfriend had a sinus infection about 3 weeks ago. He still cannot hear out of his right ear very well. Sometimes it will pop on its own but not very often.
What can we do to unclog his ear? Any home remedies? Recommended over-the-counter meds?

most likley its an ear infection. u should be able to get any ear drops for it. but if it doesnt go away in about 5-7 days tell him to go to the doctor and he/she should perscribe something.
